Sim Green

Born in a small Texas town, Sim was raised as 1 of 5 children by a single mother. Ms. Green was determined to make a good life for her children so as she worked full time she was also a full-time student at a local college. Sim saw his mother’s determination and perseverance and from then on realized, there are no excuses…anything is possible.

After obtaining his business degree from the University of Texas at Dallas he immediately became a real estate entrepreneur, never having set foot in the corporate workforce, and has been self-employed ever since. This gave him the greatest edge in the market that drives him daily by realizing that success depends on how well he solves problems.

Sim Green has bought and sold over 200+ plus houses and personally owned and managed over 120 single family homes. From rehab to make-ready he has not only supervised the necessary work, but on more than 20 of these homes he personally did the rehab with his own hands. Although he enjoys leading teams to success and wealth he is not afraid, nor lacks the knowledge, to handle the smallest detail in real estate.

After purchasing a small 24 unit apartment complex, Mr. Green set out to master the commercial industry and began to put together the mastermind team that he now leads. He has bought, sold, and funded over $40 million in real estate transactions. Currently his focus is on acquiring and holding undervalued multifamily assets of 50+ units to rehab and increase their value.
